Retained Support​

Remote support for your management team as and when required, either by telephone or e-mail, providing advice on a range of H&S and employee H&S matters.
This support provides you with a range of H&S document templates which may be used within the organisation. As an alternative, for organisations who already have such documents, an assessment of the existing documents and the preparation of key H&S documentation will be undertaken.
Regular legal H&S updates and newsletters will be sent via e-mail to keep you up to date with changes in UK H&S legislation.
2 Day Health & Safety Health Check

Health and Safety Compliance is a must. On 1 February 2016, the new sentencing guidelines for health and safety offences came into force. Since the Sentencing Council proposed these new guidelines, the health and safety industry has seen a revolutionary impact on the levels of fines compared to those that have historically been handed down for simple health and safety breaches committed by corporate entities. With a stronger focus on the risk of a custodial sentence for those found guilty of serious breaches.
To assist we can carry out a 2-day Health and Safety (H&S) Health Check this involves us completing a walls, floors and ceilings Inspection by visiting your premises. We will speak to key staff and review the premises to produce a detailed report. This report will contain specific issues and gaps observed during the inspection along with the corrective actions that are necessary to ensure the organisation complies with current health and safety legislation. The report is designed to assist the organisation in managing and prioritising the health and safety risks in the workplace. The recommended actions contained within the report are based upon the observed/stated conditions and working practices. A priority rating will be provided in the report to assist in planning the required actions. Based on the report we can work with your organisation to help, support, guide and agree a comprehensive health and safety action plan so compliance is gained and also maintained. Training can also be provided to staff in a range of health and safety and fire safety related subjects so that your organisation has competent staff and remains compliant.
